With over 20 years’ experience across a range of industries, I work with stakeholders at all levels of organisations to help them achieve real business value from their marketing technology, with a particular focus on Sitecore Experience Platform. 

As part of the Sitecore Business Optimization Strategies (SBOS) team, I consult with customers and partners who are using or considering adopting the Sitecore platform. Using a well-established methodology, I work on projects across Australia, New Zealand, SE Asia, India and Greater Asia to help customers create a detailed strategy for the optimization of their martech stack, and then provide hands-on, individualised training to implement and measure the near and long-term impact on their objectives, providing a business case to justify further investment in digital marketing technologies.

In addition to consulting projects, I have also taken on projects such as whitepaper conceptualization, co-ordination and authorship; crafting and delivering presentations and webinars; working closely with sales and marketing teams to help drive the aims of the organization, and being part of initiatives to drive gender and racial diversity in marketing and technology. 

I am passionate about all aspects of digital marketing and constantly update my knowledge of best practice in customer experience, data management and privacy, SEO/SEM, content marketing, UX and UI. I’m fascinated by how digital marketing is changing our world and I love helping companies who are embracing the transformation that change requires of them.
